Add support for Ctrl-Click selection

Right now, in order to select more than one object from the diagram, I can only use the "select area" tool.

In most desktop applications, new objects can be added to selections by clicking "Ctrl" and the mouse button at the same time.

Ideally, "Ctrl" and the "select area" would then add new areas to the existing selection.
Under review
Please use "Shift" instead of "Ctrl". Maybe we should add "Ctrl" as well?
Hmm, "Shift" is used to toggle between single-item selection and block selection in most tools. In other words, "Shift" would be the "select area" tool.

I'm not sure if it is a good idea to go against the commonly used short cuts. I'd definitely favour "Ctrl" over "Shift".

Anyway, for the time being, thanks for the heads-up :-)
You're right. We'll change to "Ctrl". No one really knowns why "shift" was chosen :)
Perfect, thanks very much!
