undo

I understand that "undo" adds overhead to editing operations, but it is a significant missing item in Vertabelo, as compared with local-installed modeling tools like ER/Studio, ERwin, Toad Data Modeler, and PowerDesigner.  Is there any plan to add that functionality to the Vertabelo data modeling tool?

There already is an "undo" and "redo" functionality in our tool.

After making some change you can either type CTRL+z or click a button in the toolbar:

I think it's just what you described, isn't it?

GOOD, I'M SATISFIED

Thanks, didn't see that. BTW, that's a non-standard iconography for undo/redo. I wouldn't have and didn't guess that was what it was but now I know.

Thanks!

Please consider that clicking and dragging is very touchy in Vertabelo; where you place your mouse may just navigate the model, or move or expand a subject area, or move an entity type or relationship where you don't want it. And the ability to undo that would save a lot of time in painstaking cleanup.  Undoing deletes is a larger deal -- depending on the amount of data that needs to be retained, but you could limit that to one or 2 undos. Just a thought.
