I can't add a team member

I have a team member who had a trial account and now I am trying to add him to our team account. Unfortunately, every time I send him and invite, he instead gets prompted for payment information. Please help

I've checked the situation.

The user you invited to the team account didn't finish the registration process. He's on the second step - choosing account plan. If he's seeing payment form, it means that he chose a payed option (subscription or pay-per-use).


In order to join to team account, he needs to finish the registration process. What's important, he must choose a personal account plan (not team trial) because team members cannot join to other team accounts. So he should follow 3 simple steps:

1. log in to Vertabelo

2. on "Set up account plan" page choose "Basic" or "Premium" plan, and select "Try for free" (he won't see payment form)

3. go through third step


Now, he'll be on "Dashboard" page. This will be a moment when he can join your team account.
