change user name and email id

Please follow these steps:

1. Sign in.

2. Click "My Account" on the top menu.

3. Click "Change email" button in "Authentication Data" section.

4. Enter new email and password

5. You'll have to confirm the new email address.

The admin should be able to change the user ID of others
