Migration script error - DROP NOT NULL versus SET NOT NULL

If I modify a column of a table to allow NULL, the migration script generate this :

ALTER TABLE "myTable"

ALTER "myColumn" SET NOT NULL;

Instead of :

ALTER TABLE "myTable"

ALTER "myColumn" DROP NOT NULL;
