Unable to delete user

Trying to delete a duplicate user but it is greyed out telling me I cannot because there are documents assigned.

I can't find any feature that allows me to remove documents from the user so I can delete them.

Please advise.

Hi,

It is not possible to delete that user. Please lock his/her account and PM me his/her name I will delete documents.

I just removed documents belonging to these users. You should be able to delete them from your team account.
