Do viewers of a model need to have a paid account? (I don't want to share the model publicly.)

Viewers have the same table limits as Editor/Owners. So if you want to share a model with e.g. 30 tables your view must be on Premium plan.

If you create a public link to a model it will be visible only to public link holders. You can remove that link at any time.
