Add support for Google BigQuery

Google BigQuery has now reached a maturity with their StandardSQL implementation that it should be relatively straightforward and stable to add support for BigQuery StandardSQL datatypes in Vertabelo.  This would be huge for me and many others in the big data space.

Is support for BigQuery being looked at all? BQ's implementation is fully ANSI SQL compatible [1] and we are running into what feels like simple issues to fix like incomplete data type support when using Vertabelo to import BQ's auto-generated SQL or when using Vertabelo's output to create tables/views on BQ.
