Is there a way to output or report on the metadata of the tables or columns. I am looking to use this tool for a team and would like to be able to pull out all the Tables and Columns Descriptions to use for definitions. is this possible in this tool?

I would expect it to appear on production in December. We're convinced we should support this, but it isn't a critical feature and thus the estimated time moved towards the end of the year.
GOOD, I'M SATISFIED
That's a shame, that may stop us from using this tool for our project. thanks for the feedback and update.

Should add, it would be also nice to have a option to allow the search to search descriptions too.

Does your question relate to this one:  http://support.vertabelo.com/topic/492700-managing-a-data-dictionary/ ? If so, it is planned to be done soon.
Yes, thanks you. Is there an update on the ETA?

This is a critical feature. It should be a page with a dynamic table that you can sort and filter in order to address possible inconsistencies in data types, naming conventions, etc. Ideally a live-link to/from the model. Check out SchemaSpy, an old but not dead project for ideas. We data modelers are working alone and typically unsupported and giving peers access to hard info, and especially to our own descriptions of tables and columns, is very important.
