Can you add the DDL extensions for redshift
Thank you for asking this. Currently Redshift support isn't on our roadmap.
However Redshift is based on Postgres so you should be able to work without direct Redshift support. We covered this topic here:

Has the Redshift been included in the roadmap?
It is on our roadmap now and should be available at the end of 2019 Q2.
We are moving to Redshift and are looking forward to Redshift support in Vertabelo.
We plan to support Redshift in Q2 this year.
Redshift support is now available on Vertabelo platform.
