Student Account Expiring

Several of my students signed up for Vertabelo this evening and chose "October 2019" as the course date.
They are now getting warnings that their account is expiring on October 24th. How do my students get this corrected so they can use the tool for the rest of the fall semester?

Please told them to sign in and prolong the graduation date. There will be button available just after sign in.
