I want to subscribe to 1 member subscription but it doesn't allowed due to logical mode. Can you help ?

Hello, I can not delete my model when my free subscription is over. I want to subscribe to 1 member subscription but it doesn't allowed due to logical model in my models list. I want to delete this logical model.
