How to add a one-to-many relationship

I do not see the three reference types in the Model Structure panel. How do I add them?

I worked with what the UI offered and accomplished my objective. However, if the Model Structure panel can be modified to include the three reference types then that would be good to know.

We have analyzed this feature and decided to not change the behaviour of Model Structure panel.
