New columns should remain unamed

New column names should remain empty, I only have to overwrite them anyway. And leaving them empty would highlight them as an issue (and they're more easily found visually) so I know I need to go back and name them.

Adding a default name when mass editing a sea of tables means default names can easily be missed.
