Vector diagrams in PDF
The current print/PDF feature seems to generate a raster image of the diagram which is then included in the PDF. It would significantly improve print quality if the PDF used vector operations instead of rasterizing the diagram at a specific pixel resolution.
Extra brownie points if SVG was also supported.

A single-page vector PDF export would be very useful too, in addition to the multi-page print-out.
We have it on our roadmap. I don't think it happens in 2015, but early 2016 is quite possible.
Vector diagrams in PDF has been already done as well as export to SVG format.
