How to add a primary key to the table

Select a table.

In Table properties, check the columns you want to define as primary keys.

Columns from primary key are marked on a diagram with PK.

Of course, there may be more than one column in a primary key.

You may also manage the primary key through the Primary Key section (right below the Columns section):
