Getting "Oops, we've got a problem" screen?

Some of our users reported that they were getting "Oops, we've got a problem" screen when trying to open any of their models in Chrome browser.

We found out that in most cases the problem was caused by an AdBlock Plus extension in Chrome.

We added this issue to our to-do list to solve the problem once and for all, but until then we recommend one of the following solutions:

  • you can either temporarily disable the AdBlock Plus extension in your Chrome browser each time you are starting using Vertabelo,
  • or add Vertabelo domain to the AdBlock Plus whitelist (this solves the problem permanently).
