I understand that you want the colors to be added automatically? There's no such feature in Vertabelo. We're thinking about adding some sort of view which would show a table and highlight the tables it is referencing. But it's an idea of a feature rather than a real planned feature yet. Would this sort of view meet your needs?

As of now, you can manually change the color of tables and reference lines in the Format section for each table/reference.

If your diagrams are getting larger, you can use the Subject Area feature to organize the diagram. Here is a short feature overview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a79nEA0FN1M
You're right. We'll add this validation.
We've just started working on generating descriptions/comments in the SQL scripts. The plan is to release it before Christmas. I'll let you know when the feature is available.
The fix is already available.
There is a history of model versions on the Model details screen. Go to Model details (type Ctrl+M if you're in the diagram). The Model versions is at the bottom of the screen.

You can restore an old version of the model or create a new model from an old version. These operations are available in the More... dropdown menu.
This is an interesting idea. We'll take a look at the possibilities of implementing this feature. Thanks for reporting!
You're right, the "Quote all identifiers" checkbox should work for TABLESPACE and SCHEMA name as well. We have added fixing this to our roadmap.
I meant that you can write your own program to generate the docs in the format of your choice.
