We don't support Postgres extensions per se and there are not any PostGIS specific types in the types list - you need type them by hand.

You should also be able to retrieve the model from the database via our reverse engineering tool.

MDF is an SQL Server extension only. There is no way to export the model to MDF file in our tool.

    Vertabelo is a database modeling tool. You can create a database model, generate an SQL script and then apply it with WorkBench or PGAdmin.
    We don't have any integration with those tools per se.
