I get the above error message and I loose all my changes.

I'm having problems with renaming a diagram (or "physical data model"). My new tables randomly get renamed to one specific old diagram. These new tables are copies of the old diagram (or copies of copies, which might go under a different name). Have tried renaming in the folder view or in the model details view for specific diagram, logging in/out, various combinations of logging in/out with opening/not opening the diagrams and different browsers.

Hi, when trying to import data model info for mariadb database, I cannot get all of the tables recognized regardless of sql tool used for export.  Trying to use MySQL option - perhaps a MariaDb specific driver is needed?  

Hey, I was just in the proces of making a student account and I had to fill in the form with the name: choose month. I have no clue what you want to do here, fill in my birth month, month of me starting the course, the day I expect to be done with my study... This is a very vague and should probably be changed or clarified

Hi everyone! I haven't posted here before, but wasn't sure what else to do. It looks like my account on Vertabelo may have been deleted or otherwise discontinued without my permission. It should be under cielle@rover.com (per my employer's standards), but the website seems to believe there is no account under that email address. There have been multiple packages purchased on this account, but the only evidence I have of it ever existing is the SQL Basic certificate. Can anyone assist or has anyone experienced a similar issue?

My account says that my trial expired even though I used my university e-mail to create my account. Can I please get it sorted. I really need vertabelo for my Data Base Systems module. 

if i pay the 7-900$ a year, and i create several data models, how do i share with my coworkers or boss or VP? do they get a login and all of us can use it for that price? or i am assuming only i have edit access and i can create a pdf or some kind of view and email it to coworkers/boss/vp?  can u help me understand this? thank you

in a perfect world, i'd like to pay the price for me to create data models and allow others to only "view" my data model but not get charged. is this possible?
