How to change to academic account without losing my model?

Please change your email address to your academic email:

1. Click "My Account" on top menu bar.

2. Click "Change email" button

3. PM us here. We'll change your account plan to academic.

I've had the same issue, I've updated my account to my academic email.

Would you change my account to academic?

You should see "Change email" button just below your name. There should be "Change Password" button either.

If there are no button, I'm going to investigate it.

Since you've signed in using Github you wouldn't be able to change your email address. Please create new account using your academic email. I've prolonged your trial so you'll be able to download your diagram.
