Vertabelo is fantastic. However, the "Take Control" feature sucks so much. I just had to end a difficult to schedule team call. It constantly prevents work and there is nothing I do but stop using Vertabelo for hours.
1. I am the only user so there is nobody else "out of network".
2. Taking control spins at 50% and rarely succeeds.
3. WHAT CAN I DO TO FORCE TAKING CONTROL BACK IMMEDIATELY?
