Email confirmation cannot be sent

I tried to send forgot password request it was sent, and trying to login it said my account is inactive but the email did not sent to my inbox, even not in spam. And there is no button to resend confirmation mail.

okay thanks for the response. there's another account that not getting the email confirmation too. you can check the latest registered user that using the same email domain with me and has not confirmed yet, we just held the class 2 hours ago and some student said that they're not getting the email.

I've asked our administrator about these emails. Email server 'vmail.its.ac.id' rejects some emails from Vertabelo.  Please contact your administrators.

I wasn't get the mail confirmation too. Could you resend it again?
