Can not creat Logical data model

Hi Support team,

Could you please check my account, I can't create the new Logical data model (it seems being disabled even I have just only 1 model in my document)

Logical data model designer is available in Team plans only.

sorry I do not satisfy with your response. On the portal from purchasing could you share with me where it said that.

As I understand you only showed that maximum 5 models I am allowed to create not depending on plan I purchased.

Your app is well designed, I prefer that you allow for 5 mòdels limitted rather than type of model.

If it could not be, I would like to refund.

Unfortunately. Right now, there is no way to enable a feature for one user.

I have initiated the refund of your payment (it may take a few business days).

Cause it was our mistake, as a "compensation" I left access to the platform for the next 6 month.
