Not able to add user
I just purchased a subscription and it does not work. I keep getting the following message. Unless this is fixed by tomorrow, I will cancel my subscription.

Manually assign foreign keys
Is there a way to manually assign a foreign key status? Vertabelo is not automatically detecting a foreign key. I have followed the steps in instructions of assigning relationships buy the system is not assigning FK status.

I keep getting the error "Oops we've got a problem. Something went wrong ..."
I keep losing my changes made to the models.
This is causing problems and I am unable to function.

mysql spatial fields not supported like multipolygon, point
I tried importing SQL DDL that had spatial columns like point, multipolygon, but parser gave an error. i had to change them to varchar to import sql and start designing. Please add support for those
I keep getting "You have exceeded the limits of current plan. Please upgrade your account." even though I only created one data model since I purchased. Please identify why.
Why am I getting this error when I only created one data model since purchase?
student academic can't spawn tables
my account plan says the following:
Academic (Student)
Single user
Up to 20 models
Up to 100 tables per model
I am nowhere near those model and table limits but, when I try to spawn new tables I get the following error:
"You have used 0 tables from your 100-table limit To create larger models, please sign up and then upgrade you account plan"
I talked to my database instructor and she seemed to imply I'm the only one in the class experiencing this issue and told me it must be on vertabelo's end and that I should ask them..
